Details

Self-containing angular contact ball bearings are suitable where there are simultaneous radial and axial loadings. In high-precision, clearance-free assemblies, they are often used for bearings of the main spindle of tooling machines and precision machines. They consist of a solid outer ring, inner ring and ball cage assembly where the raceways in the inner and outer rings are set against each other.

Main dimensions

The main dimensions of the standardised angular contact ball bearings meet the requirements in DIN 628-1.

Dimensional and running accuracy

We manufacture angular contact ball bearings of tolerance classes normal to tolerance class P4 as per DIN 620-2. We manufacture double-row angular contact ball bearings in tolerance classes normal to tolerance class P6 as per DIN 620-2– or according to special application requirements in the case concerned.

Contact angle

15°, 25°, 30° or 40° or according to special application requirements in the case concerned

Lubrication

The bearings can be lubricated with grease or oil. The type and quantity of lubricant used can be adjusted to the individual requirement in the case of sealed bearings to enable a long life.

Connection to adjacent construction
