The IBO DRK range are both sides sealed stud type track rollers based on integral tapered roller bearings with robustly designed outer rings for direct running against a mating track. The ready-to-assemble bearing unit is lubricated with a high-performance grease for a lifetime. The defined axial clearance is set when the bearing rings are clamped together axially. DRK track rollers have a wide support base for absorbing the resultant load of radial and axial forces and tipping moments due to the O-arrangement of the specific contact angle. The support base is larger than comparable track rollers based on needle or cylindrical rollers.
We also supply the DRK as a yoke type track roller with axial guidance and bolts for simple fixing on the adjacent construction.

Lubrication
