Yoke type track rollers are both-sides sealed track rollers with axial guidance and shafts for easy fixing to the adjacent construction. In general, the bolt with a hardened raceway replaces the inner ring. There are also designs with bolts and an inner ring for example, our DRK – yoke type track roller. The bolt is threaded and often has an internal hex on both sides for simple assembly with a hexagonal nut and adjustment in designs with an eccentric ring.
The outer ring surface can be positioned to the raceway of the adjacent construction by the eccentric ring. The track rollers can be lubricated via the lubrication holes provided on the bolt and corresponding lubrication nipples. Yoke type track rollers have many different kinds of sealing, e.g. labyrinth-, gap- or contact seals. The outer ring surface has a spherical or cylindrical profile.
