    CEO

    Before joining IBO GmbH as CEO, Steffen Victor worked across Europe for Roland Berger and BP. In strategy consulting he gained extensive experience restructuring business units, and at BP he was most recently responsible for optimizing operational processes and workflows.

  • Florian Lemberger

    CTO

    Our senior mechanical engineer gained many years of experience as a project manager in the automotive industry. In 2009, he took over responsibility for the company's technical development and, together with his team, is reimagining engineering as a service.

Our Certificates

We operate a certified quality management system to EN 9100:2018 (based on ISO 9001:2015 and technically equivalent to AS 9100D and JISQ 9100:2016), meeting the requirements placed on aviation, space and defense organizations. Our certificates (EN 9100:2018, ISO 9001:2015) cover the design and development, manufacture and sale of rotationally symmetric machine elements and assemblies.
