CNC Machining Specialist (m/f/d) – High-Precision Machining & Prototyping

- Manufacturing complex high-precision components, prototypes and production runs for high-tech applications in aerospace and defence
- Independently setting up and optimising state-of-the-art CNC turning and milling centres (Mazatrol / Siemens G-code controls)
- Machining high-grade materials (aluminium and steel) and demanding geometries in the 200–1,200 mm range
- Taking responsibility for process stability, dimensional accuracy and surface quality at the highest level
- Independently carrying out precise quality inspections with the latest measuring technology (e.g. 3D coordinate measuring machines)
- Actively helping to shape and optimise our manufacturing processes
- Working in a digitally connected production environment with transparent documentation of production metrics

With us you work directly on modern CNC mill-turn machines, producing high-quality precision components, prototypes and small runs for demanding technical applications. Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up, operating and monitoring modern CNC mill-turn machines
- Manufacturing demanding precision components, prototypes and small production runs
- Working independently from technical drawings, work plans and production documents
- Running in and optimising production processes at the machine
- Carrying out quality checks and documenting the results
- Identifying deviations and independently initiating appropriate measures
- Working closely with work scheduling, assembly, quality assurance and logistics — we work across departments as one team
- Actively contributing to process improvements and to developing our 5S standards
- Performing general CNC production tasks such as deburring, machine care and maintenance

Order Processing, Purchasing & Logistics Clerk (m/f/d)

- You look after customer orders from entry in the ERP system through to delivery, always keeping the bigger picture in view
- Once an order arrives, you create and send the order confirmation and coordinate closely with engineering to clarify the technical requirements, then obtain quotes and requirements from our suppliers
- You raise purchase orders, check our suppliers’ order confirmations and follow up when deadlines start to slip
- You handle incoming and outgoing goods for customers and suppliers alike, arrange customs documents for international shipments, produce delivery and invoice paperwork and book the right freight forwarder
- And last but not least, you check and post our suppliers’ invoices
- In short: you are the central interface between sales, engineering, production and our international partners — where all the threads come together
